6.21 Discretion to permit livestreaming
(1)
The Court may, in its discretion, permit the livestreaming of any proceeding or any part of a proceeding.
(2)
In exercising its discretion under subrule (1), the Court may have regard to any matters set out in any practice note concerning livestreaming.
