103 Protection from liability—provisions do not limit each other
The following provisions do not limit the operation of each other:
(a)
section 101 of this Act;
(b)
section 102 of this Act;
(c)
section 58 of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998;
(d)
section 246 of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001.
