11 | Family law payments to States and Territories | To provide funding to the States and Territories for: (a) the exercise by State and Territory courts of federal jurisdiction under the Family Law Act 1975, the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988 and the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989; and (b) the use of State court facilities by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2). This purpose also has the effect it would have if it were limited to providing funding: (a) in connection with, or incidental to, the investing of any court of a State with federal jurisdiction; or (b) involving the granting of financial assistance to a State or Territory. |
12 | Grants to improve road safety in Australia | To provide grants of financial assistance to a State or Territory to support activities and projects to reduce deaths and injuries from road crashes in Australia. |
13 | Payments for activities that counter illicit tobacco | To provide grants of financial assistance to a State or Territory for State or Territory law enforcement agencies to undertake activities to counter illicit tobacco. |
14 | Grants for major and community infrastructure projects | To provide grants of financial assistance to a State or Territory for the planning, construction or upgrading of infrastructure, including community infrastructure, and for incidental matters. |
