43 Authorisation to disclose protected information to the Secretary, APRA and ASIC
(1)
An entrusted person may disclose protected information to:
(a)
the Secretary; or
(b)
APRA; or
(c)
ASIC.
(2)
An entrusted person may use protected information for the purposes of disclosing protected information under subsection (1).
