54 Subsection 59(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
(1)
Powers under this Part may be delegated as follows:
(a)
APRA's powers may be delegated under section 15 of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998;
(b)
an inspector may, by signed instrument, delegate his or her powers to an APRA staff member, within the meaning of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998.
