52 Inspection of Register and documents

(1)

The Register and all instruments and documents subject to inspection under this Part must be available for inspection, in accordance with the regulations and upon payment of the prescribed fee, by any person during the hours that AFMA is open for business.

(2)

If the Register is kept wholly or partly by use of a computer, subsection (1) is taken to be complied with, to the extent that the Register is so kept, by giving members of the public access to a computer terminal that they can use to inspect the Register, either on a screen or in the form of a computer print‑out.
