70 Annual reports
A Joint Authority must, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, prepare a report on:
the activities of the Joint Authority in the immediately preceding financial year; and
the condition during that year of the fisheries to which the functions of the Joint Authority apply.
The Commonwealth Minister is to cause a copy of every report under this section to be laid before each House of the Parliament as soon as practicable after the preparation of the report.
A report for a financial year may, subject to agreement between the Joint Authority and AFMA, be included, as a separate part, in the annual report of AFMA for that financial year.
