Division 3Arrangements with respect to management of particular fisheries
77 Exclusion of this Act (except this Division)
If an arrangement under this Division provides that:
(a)
a particular fishery is to be managed in accordance with the law of a State; or
(b)
a part of a particular fishery is to be managed in accordance with the law of a State;
this Act, other than this Division, does not apply in relation to that fishery, or that part of the fishery, except in relation to:
(c)
foreign boats; and
(d)
operations on and from foreign boats; and
(e)
persons on foreign boats; and
(ea)
e‑monitoring by AFMA of fishing‑related activity; and
(f)
matters that occurred before the arrangement took effect.
