93 Offences in relation to returns etc
(1)
A holder of a fish receiver permit must not refuse or fail to give a return or information that the person is required to give under section 92 or under regulations made for the purposes of that section.
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
(2)
Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
