137 Arrangements with Commonwealth Departments etc
The Authority may make arrangements:
with an Agency Head (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999) or the Chief Officer of any Commonwealth authority; or
with the Secretary of a Department of the Public Service of a State or Territory, or the Chief Officer of a State or Territory authority; or
with the chief executive of a Department of State of New Zealand or the Chief Officer of a New Zealand authority; or
with the Chief Officer of any other authority or body;
for:
the services of officers or employees in those Agencies, Departments, authorities or bodies to be made available to the Authority; or
officers or employees in those Agencies, Departments, authorities or bodies to give advice to the Authority.
