139 Money of Authority
The money of the Authority consists of:
money paid to the Authority under section 138; and
money paid to the Authority under section 145; and
money paid to the Authority under section 146 or 147; and
any other money, other than trust money, paid to the Authority.
The money of the Authority is to be applied only:
in payment or discharge of the expenses, obligations and liabilities of the Authority arising under this Act; and
in payment of remuneration and allowances payable under this Act; and
in making any other payments required or permitted to be made by the Authority.
Subsection (2) does not prevent investment, under section 59 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, of money that is not immediately required for the purposes of the Authority.
