51 Calling for submissions
When applying for a high level health claims variation, the applicant may elect to have the Authority give public notice under this section calling for submissions.
If the applicant has made an election under subsection (1), the Authority must give public notice of the matters mentioned in subsection (3).
The notice must:
state that the Authority has prepared a draft high level health claims variation; and
include a copy of the draft variation, or state how a copy of the draft variation can be obtained; and
call for written submissions, for the purpose of the Authority’s consideration of the draft variation, to be given to the Authority within the period specified in the notice (the submission period).
