130Y Agents may give notice
(1)
A person (the first person) required to give a register notice to the Registrar is taken to have complied with the requirement if someone else gives the register notice, in accordance with that provision, on the person’s behalf.
(2)
For the purposes of this Act, the notice is taken to have been given by the first person.
