79M Registration and commencement of orders
Registration of orders
(1)
An order made by the Treasurer under this Part must be:
(a)
in writing; and
(b)
registered on the Federal Register of Legislation within 10 days after it is made.
When an order commences
(2)
An order under this Part commences:
(a)
for an order under subsection 67(3) or 79D(3) (additional orders) or section 69 or 79E (disposal orders)—on the day specified in the order that is at least 30 days after the order is registered; and
(b)
for any other order—on the day the order is registered.
