23 Form of testimony

(1)

The testimony may be reduced to writing or be recorded on a tape, disk or other device from which sounds or images are capable of being reproduced.

(2)

The testimony need not:

(a)

be in the form of an affidavit; or

(b)

constitute a transcript of a proceeding in a foreign court.
