28 Proceedings to which this Part applies
This Part applies to a proceeding, in an Australian court, that:
(a)
is a civil proceeding other than a related civil proceeding; and
(b)
is a proceeding under the Corporations Act 2001 or the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 in which ASIC is a party.
