51 Scheme officials
Each of the following is a scheme official:
(a)
the Secretary;
(b)
an APS employee in the Department:
(i)
to whom a function or power is delegated under section 67; or
(ii)
whose functions otherwise include functions in relation to the scheme;
(c)
any other person who performs functions in relation to the scheme under an agreement with the Commonwealth.
