16 Conditions of approval
(1)
An approval is subject to the following conditions:
(a)
the conditions set out in section 17;
(b)
any conditions specified in the approval.
(2)
A condition specified in the approval need not relate to the supply of the fuel. However, the Minister must be satisfied that the condition promotes the objects of this Act.
