36 Guidelines for making a decision
(1)
The Minister must, by legislative instrument, develop guidelines that he or she must have regard to when deciding whether or not to:
(a)
enter a fuel additive, or a class of fuel additives, in the Register; or
(b)
remove a fuel additive, or a class of fuel additives, from the Register.
(2)
The guidelines are to be made available for inspection on the internet.
