Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000

The Minister may, in writing, delegate to the Secretary all or any of the Minister’s powers or functions under this Act, other than the following:

making a determination under section 21;

making a determination under section 22A.

The Minister may, in writing, delegate to an SES employee or an acting SES employee all or any of the Minister’s powers or functions under this Act, other than the following:

granting, varying or revoking an emergency approval;

making a determination under section 21;

making a determination under section 22A.

The delegate must, in exercising powers or functions under the delegation, comply with any directions of the Minister.
