29A Making payments on behalf of the Commonwealth

CSC may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, make payments under:

(a)

each Act administered by CSC; and

(b)

section 4 of the Same‑Sex Relationships (Equal Treatment in Commonwealth Laws—Superannuation) Act 2008.
