In performing its functions, the AUASB must follow the broad strategic direction determined by the FRC under paragraph 225(2A)(c).
22 Paragraph 235B(1)(a)
Repeal the paragraph, substitute:
(a)
the operations of the FRC and its committees and advisory groups; and
23 Subsections 235B(2) and (2A)
Repeal the subsections, substitute:
(2)
The report must include details of any advice or feedback that the FRC gave under paragraph 225(2)(b) or (ba) or (2A)(b) or (ba) during the year that ended on that 30 June.
