20 Exempt uses of GEMS products
The following uses of a product are exempt for the purposes of this Division:
(a)
personal use by an individual;
(b)
use for the purpose of testing the product (whether the testing is to determine whether the product complies with requirements of GEMS determinations, or for any other purpose);
(c)
a use specified in regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph.
