39 Establishment of GEMS Register
(1)
The GEMS Regulator must establish and maintain a register to be known as the GEMS Register.
(2)
The GEMS Regulator may keep the GEMS Register in any form that the GEMS Regulator considers appropriate.
(3)
The GEMS Regulator may publish on the internet part or all of the GEMS Register.
(4)
The regulations may specify information contained in the GEMS Register that must be published under subsection (3).
