77 GEMS Regulator may charge for services
(1)
The GEMS Regulator may charge fees for services provided by, or on behalf of, the GEMS Regulator in the performance of the GEMS Regulator’s functions.
(2)
A fee charged under subsection (1) must not be such as to amount to taxation.
