6 Contents of these Regulations (Act s 13D)
(1)
Proposals to import hazardous waste from the Democratic Republic of Timor‑Leste are within the scope of these Regulations.
(2)
The CEO may grant special import permits authorising the import of hazardous waste from the Democratic Republic of Timor‑Leste.
