32 Movement/Tracking form to accompany shipment of waste
(1)
It is a condition of a special permit that each shipment of hazardous waste under the permit be accompanied by a completed Movement/Tracking form.
(2)
The Movement/Tracking form must be in the form approved by the CEO.
