106Z Director’s terms and conditions of appointment

The Director holds office on a full‑time or a part‑time basis as specified in the instrument of appointment.
(2)
The Director holds office on such other terms and conditions (in respect of matters not provided for by this Act) as are determined in the instrument of appointment.
