23DZZK What is a base for mobile radiation oncology equipment?
Premises are a base for mobile radiation oncology equipment if:
(a)
radiation oncology equipment is ordinarily located at the premises when not in use; and
(b)
the radiation oncology services rendered using the equipment are not rendered at the premises; and
(c)
the radiation oncology services rendered using the equipment are rendered under a single business name.
