85 Deputy Directors of Professional Services Review

The Minister may appoint Panel members to be Deputy Directors of Professional Services Review.
(4)
Before appointing a practitioner to be a Deputy Director, the Minister must consult such organisations and associations, representing the interests of the profession to which the practitioner belongs, as the Minister thinks appropriate.
