15 Commission to facilitate transfer of Medibank Private to the nominated company
The functions of the Commission include:
(a)
facilitating the transfer from the Commission to the nominated company of the Medibank Private fund; and
(b)
assisting the nominated company, the Commonwealth and other persons in connection with:
(i)
the implementation of this Part; and
(ii)
preparatory work associated with the implementation of this Part.
