Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.

Health Workforce Australia Act 2009
1 Subsection 4(3)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
The seal of Health Workforce Australia is to be kept in the custody of the CEO, and is not to be used except as authorised by the CEO.
2 Section 7
Repeal the section.
3 Subsection 28(1)
Omit “Board”, substitute “Minister”.
4 Subsection 28(2)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:
The Minister may appoint a person to act as the CEO for a period of more than 12 months.
