30 Annual reports by Information Commissioner
(1)
The Information Commissioner must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, prepare a report on the Information Commissioner’s compliance and enforcement activities under this Act during the financial year.
(2)
The Information Commissioner must give a copy of the report to the Minister, and to the Ministerial Council, no later than on 30 September after the end of the financial year to which the report relates.
(3)
The Minister must table a copy of the report in each House of Parliament within 15 sitting days after the Information Commissioner gives a copy of the report to the Minister.
