Part 6Oversight role of Ministerial Council
35 Review of the operation of this Act
(1)
The Minister must, after consulting the Ministerial Council, appoint an individual to review the operation of this Act and the regulations.
(2)
The individual appointed must give a report to the Minister within 3 years after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Health Legislation Amendment (eHealth) Act 2015.
(3)
The Minister must:
(a)
provide a copy of the report to the Ministerial Council; and
(b)
table a copy of the report in each House of Parliament within 15 sitting days after the report is given to the Minister.
