12 Salary and allowances
(1)
The Chief Justice and the other Justices shall receive salary and annual allowances at such respective rates as are fixed from time to time by the Parliament.
(2)
The salary and annual allowance of a Justice accrue from day to day and are payable monthly.
(3)
The Chief Justice and the other Justices shall receive such respective allowances in respect of travelling expenses as are provided by the Parliament.
