32 Seals

(1)

The High Court shall have a seal on which are inscribed the words “The Seal of the High Court of Australia”.

(2)

A duplicate of the seal of the Court shall be kept at each office of the Registry of the Court.

(3)

Such other seals as are required for the business of the Court shall be kept and used at each office of the Registry and shall be in such form and kept in such custody as the Chief Justice directs.

(4)

A document, a copy of a document or an exemplification purporting to be sealed with the seal of the High Court or a duplicate of that seal, or with a seal referred to in subsection (3), is receivable in evidence without further proof of the seal.
