Functions of the Board

In force

(1)

The functions of the Board are:

(a)

to decide, within the scope of any directions given to the Authority under section 11, the strategies and policies to be followed by the Authority; and

(b)

to ensure the proper, efficient and effective performance of the Authority’s functions; and

(c)

any other functions conferred on the Board by this Act.

(2)

The Board has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions.
