35 CEO to act in accordance with directions of Board
(1)
The Board may give written directions to the CEO, not inconsistent with any direction given to the Authority under section 11, about the performance of the CEO’s duties.
(2)
The CEO must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
(3)
Subsection (2) does not apply to the extent that the direction relates to the CEO’s performance of functions or exercise of powers under the Public Service Act 1999 in relation to the Authority.
(4)
A direction under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
