The Investment Mandate may include directions about the following:
strategies and policies to be followed for the effective performance of Housing Australia’s functions;
decision‑making criteria for the following:
making loans and grants;
granting financial assistance to States and Territories;
issuing guarantees;
providing, to registered community housing providers, business advisory services and other assistance in capacity building;
limits on the following:
making loans and grants;
issuing guarantees;
granting financial assistance to States and Territories;
risk and return relating to Housing Australia’s loans and guarantees;
any other matters the Minister thinks appropriate.
