(1)

The special account established by this section as previously in force is continued in existence under the name Housing Australia Special Account (the Account).

Note:

The special account was originally named the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation Special Account.

(2)

The Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
