9 Establishment of the Housing Australia Future Fund

The Housing Australia Future Fund is established by this section.
(2)
The Housing Australia Future Fund consists of:
(a)
the Housing Australia Future Fund Special Account; and
(b)
the investments of the Housing Australia Future Fund.
