25 How facilities are to be developed, operated and maintained
In developing, operating and maintaining an approved identity verification facility, the Department must:
(a)
maintain the security of electronic communications to and from the facility, including by encrypting the information; and
(b)
protect the information from unauthorised interference or unauthorised access.
