42 Fees
(1)
The rules may make provision relating to the imposition, collection and recovery of fees for either or both of the following:
(a)
connections to the approved identity verification facilities, to allow the making of electronic communications to, and the receipt of electronic communications from, those facilities;
(b)
requests for identity verification services.
(2)
A fee must not be such as to amount to taxation.
