Disclosure to foreign governments etc. for export, trade and other purposes

In force

An entrusted person may disclose relevant information to a foreign government, an authority or agency of a foreign government or an international body of an intergovernmental character, for the purposes of:

(a)

matters relating to illegally logged timber or to promoting trade in timber that is not illegally logged; or

(b)

managing Australia’s international relations in respect of trade; or

(c)

giving effect to Australia’s international obligations.
