Saving of other laws

In force

This Act is to be construed as being in addition to, and not in derogation of or in substitution for:

(a)

the Biosecurity Act 2015; or

(b)

any other law of the Commonwealth, or any law of a State, whether passed or made before or after the commencement of this Act, that can operate concurrently with this Act; or

(c)

any law of an external Territory to which this Act extends because of regulations made for the purpose of section 4, whether passed or made before or after the making of those regulations, that can operate concurrently with this Act.
