112 Providing notice of intention to apply for protection
A person who gives information to the Executive Director (whether under a requirement under this Act or otherwise) in relation to an industrial chemical may give notice, in the approved form, to the Executive Director:
that the information is to be subject to this Subdivision; and
nominating the person to whom the Executive Director must give any notice under section 113 in relation to the information.
The notice must be given at the same time as the information is given to the Executive Director.
The Executive Director must not publish information for which notice has been given under this section other than in accordance with section 113 or 114.
