149 Disclosure of interests
(1)
The Executive Director must give written notice to the Minister of any interest, pecuniary or otherwise, that the Executive Director has or acquires that could conflict with the proper performance of the Executive Director’s functions.
(2)
Subsection (1) applies in addition to any rules made for the purposes of section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
