36 Submissions on draft assessment statement
(1)
The Executive Director must, by written notice, provide each applicant with a draft assessment statement.
(2)
An applicant may make a written submission to the Executive Director about the draft statement.
(3)
A submission must be given within the period specified in the notice, which must not be less than 20 working days after the day the notice is given.
