51 Applying to cancel a certificate
(1)
The holder of an assessment certificate may apply to the Executive Director to cancel the certificate.
Note:
For general requirements relating to applications: see section 167.
(2)
The Executive Director must grant the application if the Executive Director is satisfied that:
(a)
the application complies with section 167; and
(b)
each holder of the certificate consents to the application.
(3)
The Executive Director must give written notice of the decision to the following:
(a)
the applicant;
(b)
each holder of the certificate.
