70 Executive Director may require information
The Executive Director may, by written notice given to a holder of, or a person covered by, the assessment certificate, require information to be provided for the purposes of the evaluation.
The information must be given within the period specified in the notice, which must not be less than 20 working days after the day the notice is given.
A person contravenes this subsection if:
a notice is given to the person under subsection (1); and
the person does not provide the information specified in the notice to the Executive Director within the period specified in the notice in accordance with subsection (2).
Fault‑based offence
A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subsection (3).
Penalty: 300 penalty units.
Strict liability offence
A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subsection (3).
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
Civil penalty provision
A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subsection (3).
Civil penalty: 300 penalty units.
